Jesse discovered her love of dance at the age of three and hasn't stopped since. Growing up in Canada, she had the opportunity to train with one of Canada's top ballet examiners as well as countless other talented teachers at her home studio, summer intensives, master classes and dance conventions. Discovering a love for many genres of dance beyond ballet, Jesse went on to not only attain her Teaching Certificate from the Royal Academy of Dance, but also had the opportunity to train with The Source Dance Company and Project Soul in Vancouver BC.  Her ultimate love of teaching is what led her back to the classroom where she has trained and nurtured students in the UAE over the past seventeen years. Ms Jesse is also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique teacher and is a Rambert Grades certified contemporary teacher.

Master Tarek Habaib

6th Dan Taekwondo Master

Hailing from Jordan, Tarek has fought and competed for both the Junior National Team and Senior Mens National Team for Taekwondo winning countless medals for his country. He is currently holding a 6th Dan Black Belt with Masters Degree and a Bachelors of Sport and Science from Yarmouk University, Amman. He also has worked within the Jordanian Police Force as a specialist coach and for the UAE military as a fitness and martial art trainer. After receiving his Master's Training Certification Tarek is qualified to test students for Black Belts up to 3rd Dan. Tarek found his love of coaching in Abu Dhabi, and loves sharing his passion for the sport with every athlete he has the pleasure of coaching.


 

Miss Jessica Bernard

Dancing since she was two, Jessica grew up taking classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop and various other styles of dance. Over the years, Jessica discovered her passion for ballet and teaching dance. At 15 years old Jessica started assisting  ballet classes with the guidance of Ms. Jesse in Abu Dhabi . Jessica continued training and teaching dance, working at Rise Center in our first year. Recently she has achieved her IDTA Ballet teaching qualification with Distinctions and her Level 4 qualification in teaching street dance under Urban Strides. After taking a break from teaching to pursue other passions and studying to receive her RAD Ballet teaching qualification and Level 3 Pilates qualification, Jessica has decided to move back to Abu Dhabi permanently to continue her true passion, teaching dance with Rise Center. Jessica is a certified teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance.

Miss Louisa Bernard

Acrobatic Arts Certified Instuctor

Louisa has been dancing since she could walk! She spent her childhood studying ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip hop and musical theater in both England and in Abu Dhabi. Her passion and love for dance continued to grow.  Whilst in the UK, she studied dance and theatre production for both her A Levels and her degree. Louisa graduated with First Class Honours in Level 6 Theatre Arts and is now working towards a Level 3 qualification in Pilates. After completing her degree, Louisa decided to move back to Abu Dhabi to work at Rise Center and is now holding her Certification with Acrobatic Arts.

Coach Aida Omidpour

3rd Dan Black Belt

Meet Aida Omidpour, our esteemed Taekwondo coach at Rise Center. Hailing from Tehran, Iran, Aida has an impressive 12 years of Taekwondo experience, holding a 3rd Dan rank, and proficiency in Kung Fu with a five-line rank. Her martial arts prowess is evident in her collection of awards: a Gold in the Armenian Tournament, Silver in Iran's National League, and Bronze medals in both Iran's National Kung Fu Competition and the Fujairah Poomsae Open Championship 2023-2024. Aida's journey in martial arts began at Academy Mousavi in Iran, where she spent 12 years progressing from student to Poomsae Coach. She has been part of our Rise Center team since 2023, bringing extensive expertise, passion, and a welcoming spirit. Aida is a formidable coach, ready to help students embark on or further their martial arts paths with skill and a supportive smile.

Miss Kristine Mendoza

Kristine brings her sunny disposition and natural affinity for children and families. She goes the extra mile in assisting and welcoming our clients and their families and friends; making sure everyone, especially our students, feel comfortable and happy. Kristine studied in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) & Tourism Management; with a work experience in a Travel & Tour Company, an encoder for a Pharmaceutical business, and an all-around hostess/receptionist for their Family eatery business. Her continuous pursuit of her dreams, along with her positivity and kindness, make her a great match in ensuring we offer the best customer service. Similarly, Kristine has been performing on stage since she was 4; thus, her love and passion for the Performing Arts found her a place here in Rise Center for Dance and Taekwondo.
